Our own Ricardo's mix powder is made up of several spices and helps to form the foundation of any good curry. It includes Turmeric, Cumin, Coriander, Paprika, Garam Masala and other carefully blended spice.
Although it does not have a particular dominant flavour, when added to the early stages of cooking, it imparts fantastic flavour to the dish that will turn it into something really special.
